Treatment
Skin numbing and cleaning – Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow additional time for skin cleansing and application of a skin numbing agent if needed.
Preparation – Dr. Vulcanescu will attach your sterile, single-use needle cartridge to the DERMAPEN® and determine the length of the micro-needle for your procedure.
DERMAPEN® Treatment – Once connected, the sterile tip of the DERMAPEN® cartridge is moved across the surface of the skin to perform the needling. Some clients may experience minimal discomfort during the procedure alongside a small amount of pinpoint bleeding.
Post treatment – Apply after care skin product – Immediately after your procedure, post treatment care products will be applied to your skin and a post treatment care plan will be outlined.
