SUNEKOS® is an injectable medical device combining low–molecular weight hyaluronic acid with a specific cluster of amino acids. The formulation targets the extracellular matrix (ECM) to stimulate fibroblasts, supporting new collagen and elastin production (“dermal biogenesis”). Results are a progressive improvement in hydration, elasticity, fine lines and skin texture, with a very natural look.
How it works
Hyaluronic acid provides a hydrating scaffold, while the amino-acid blend acts as substrates/signals for fibroblasts. Together they promote ECM regeneration rather than adding bulk volume, which is why SUNEKOS® is positioned as a skin-quality biostimulator rather than a structural filler.
Evidence snapshot
Periocular rejuvenation: Prospective clinical study (n=23) reported significant improvements in dark circles and periocular wrinkles after a course of three sessions, with benefits evident one month after the third treatment.
Face photoageing: Open clinical evaluations show enhanced elasticity, hydration and fine-line reduction consistent with ECM-targeted action.

Treatment protocol
Initial course: commonly 4 sessions at 7–10 day intervals for full-face protocols; periocular protocols often use 3 sessions at 14-day intervals. Tailor to skin status and area.
Maintenance: typically at ~6 months, adjusted to response and lifestyle factors.

Safety & downtime
SUNEKOS® has a favourable tolerability profile. Expected, self-limiting effects include transient redness, swelling, papules, tenderness or bruising at injection sites (usually resolving within hours to a few days). Serious adverse events are rare when performed by trained clinicians using aseptic technique and appropriate anatomy/indication.
Aftercare (brief): avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure (sauna/steam), and alcohol for 24 hours; delay facials/energy-based treatments on the area for 1–2 weeks; maintain gentle skincare and daily SPF.
