1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.drdiana.eu and to all purchases made through our online store. The website is operated by Diana Vulcanescu DLC, trading as Dr. Diana Vulcanescu Regenerative & Anti-Aging Clinic, Athalassas Avenue 54, Office 102, Strovolos, Nicosia 2023, Cyprus.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

2. Medical information disclaimer

The content on this website, including treatment pages, blog articles and product descriptions, is provided for general information only. It does not replace a personal consultation, diagnosis or medical advice from a qualified doctor.

Suitability for any treatment is assessed individually during a consultation with Dr. Diana Vulcanescu. Results vary from person to person and no specific result can be guaranteed.

3. Appointments and treatments

• ·  Appointments can be requested by phone, email or through the contact forms on our website. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.
• ·  Prices shown on the website are indicative. The final cost of a treatment plan is confirmed during your consultation, before any treatment begins.
• ·  If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so that we can offer the time to another patient.
• ·  Before treatment you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and sign a consent form. Please provide complete and accurate information about your health.

4. Online store

Products

Our online store offers authentic, professional and medical-grade skincare and supplements from authorised distributors. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from the image shown.

Cosmetic products should be used as directed on the packaging. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical treatment, please ask us or your doctor before use. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken at the time of your order.

We make every effort to show correct prices. If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it free of charge.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order, or when your order is ready for pickup. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Cyprus, and orders can also be collected from the clinic. Delivery costs and times are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer protection law.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic and skincare products that have been unsealed after delivery. Full details of how to return a product and how refunds are handled are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards can be used for treatments or products as stated at the time of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Please keep your gift card code safe, as we cannot replace a lost code that has already been used.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of information on this website.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Cypriot or EU law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us first at info@drdiana.eu and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Republic of Cyprus.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
