Delivery within Cyprus

We deliver to addresses across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta.

• ·  Free delivery on orders of €150 or more
• ·  Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Free local delivery in Nicosia

If your address is within 10 km of our clinic in Strovolos, you can choose free local delivery at checkout, with no minimum order. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Free pickup from the clinic

You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order from our clinic:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• ·  The product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging
• ·  You contact us before sending the return, quoting your order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

How to return a product

1. Email us at info@drdiana.eu within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
3. Send the product back by post, or drop it off at the clinic in Strovolos, Nicosia.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded only if you return your entire order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email info@drdiana.eu within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
