Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to our clinic’s policy: A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment. No-show fee: €25 will be charged if you miss your appointment without informing us. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a no-show. Your card will not be charged unless a no-show occurs. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all patients efficiently.
