Cancellation Policy
Dr. Diana Vulcanescu's clinic, strive to provide the highest quality care and service to all our patients. To achieve this goal and accommodate all our valued clients efficiently, we kindly ask you to observe our cancellation policy. Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating a change to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy enables us to offer your appointment slot to another patient in need of our services. Late Cancellations: While we do not impose a fee for late cancellations, we do take note of them. If a patient cancels less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment twice, we will regrettably no longer be able to accept future appointment bookings from them. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without any prior notification will be noted. If this occurs, we will not schedule any future appointments. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can occur and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, please be aware that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, as we must ensure we provide the full scheduled service time to our subsequent patients. Should you arrive more than 15min late, your appointment will need to be re-scheduled. Your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy are greatly appreciated.
